Find and Defeat Sloth
Sloth is located in the Nether, near the Tangled Grotto Serpent Hole.
At the beginning of the fight, the boss is carried by many small beetles, so first kill all the bugs.
When the adds are eliminated you fight against the boss, always try to attack him from the side. If he starts to jump, you should dodge briefly, then immediately return to his side and deal damage.
