To unlock the Platinum Trophy you just have to complete the 46 trophies from the main game. DLC extensions which also have new trophies are not affected.
Your first step should be to play through the story on every difficulty. All trophies can be unlocked on the easy difficulty level. The story consists of 6 regions and lasts about 60 hours.
On your way, you should complete all the Encampment Jobs and complete the ambush camps, infestations, and Nero checkpoints in each region.
