DayZ Trophy Guide and Tips – PS4

• Lobotomy
  Killed twenty survivors or infected with a head-shot.

• Heal the world
  Applied bandages on other survivors thirty times.

• You have the right…
  Handcuffed ten people.

• Close and personal
  Killed fifteen survivors with any melee weapon.

• Bodily needs
  Ate and drank something.

  You’ll likely spawn with a food and drink item. Open your inventory, put the drink in your hand and hold RT to drink it. Repeat this with the food item, the achievement will unlock. If for whatever reason you don’t have these items, you’ll find them in high quantity amounts on boats by the beach where you mostly spawn.

• Geared
  Equipped a firearm, a melee weapon and a backpack.

  Melee weapons can be easily found in almost any building. To “equip” it, means to put it on your back. Do this by holding it in your hands, hovering over it and pressing Y.
  Firearms are usually found in police stations, military bases, or just regular old houses. The first firearm you will most likely stumble upon will be either a Rifle or Pistol of some kind. Like before, hold the firearm in your hands, use cn_RB to hover over it, and press cn_Y to equip it, aka putting it on your back.
  Backpacks, for me, are usually found in sheds outside of houses. It can be any backpack, school backpack, hiker backpack, etc. simply pick it up, and if you don’t have one equipped, it will automatically equip it for you.

• Act of mercy
  Killed my first infected.

  You’ll spawn with a rock knife, equip it and find a zombie, they’re common. Keep on swinging that rock (RT) in your hands at the zombie, they’ll die eventually. There are better ways to kill them, but this is the simplest and fastest if you’re trying to get it quickly.

• Field cook
  Cooked a steak on a stick.

• I’m the firestarter
  Ignited fire using a matchbox, a road flare and a hand drill.

• Babyface
  Shaved my face.

• Natural instincts
  Gutted a deer.

• Marksman
  Killed a survivor at more than three hundred meters.

• Pacify
  Killed an infected soldier.
