The Remake of Destroy All Humans has optional Objectives in all available missions. Non of the objectives are missable, you can still do it by replaying the missions, this can be started in your mothership by clicking on Archives – Holopox Deck. Each optional objective are displayed during your missions. You’re seeing blue markers on the left side of your screen.
This Guide will show you all steps through each mission for unlocking The Mandatory Option trophy.

Destroy All Humans Objectives Guide – Optional
Mission 1: Destination Earth
Drown a cow in the lake
Kill the cows using PK and grab one and throw it into the water.
Kill the Farmer’s Wife using Chicken
You have to kill the farmer’s wife, she is standing near of the police officers. Just grab a chicken, throw it on her and it will kill her. You have to do it twice if you not having upgraded your PK powers but you can use the same chicken twice.
Mission 2: Earth Women are Delicious
Escort Miss Rockwell disguised as the Mayor
You have to escort Miss Rockwell. In order to this just hide behind the food stand, Holobob off the mayor standing on the podium. After this you can follow start the mission objective and escort Miss Rockwell.
Destroy buildings with the Abduct-O-Beam
You will be prompted for destroying the fair, for this using the Abduct-O-Beam and grab any vehicles and throw them against 3 buildings.
Mission 3: Citizen Crypto
Kill a scientist using an explosive cow
You have to kill scientists with one of the cows which are nearby, they are radioactive and will explode when using your PK. Grab one of the cows, go over the fence and throw it on a scientist.
Scan humans at the Gathering
If you sneak into the mayor’s meeting with a disguise, you should scan the thoughts of at least 3 people with triangle who are in front of the mayor’s podium before you Holobob the mayor.
Mission 4: Alien Pool Party
Drown Party-goers
Here you have to kill humans at the pool party, just grab five oh them and throw them into the pool to kill them.
Destroy Police cars
After you have given the Disintegrator Ray, you have to use it on enemies but before killing the enemies, destroy 5 police cars in the being area.
Mission 5: Televisions of Doom
Destroy the car using explosives
It’s important that you not shoot on the car while chasing the car at the start of the mission. You have to grab cylinders or explosive barrels using PK and throw those against the car to get it destroyed.
Drown Sleepy Ernst in the ocean
This time you have to kill Sleepy Ernst and destroy his car, just grab him with using PK, take him and throw him into the ocean.
Don’t touch the ground
As the title says, you have to bend the antenna without touching the ground, just use your jump pack to do this.
Mission 6: Aliens Stole my Brain Stem
Use the Anal Probe on humans
At the start of the mission, you get access to the Anal Probe. This need to be used on 8 humans based in the area while collecting brain stems.
Mission 7: This Island Suburbia
Destroy Army assets
Once you sitting in your saucer, the objective is to destroy the Ice Cream Vans, start destroying the army vehicles and launchers. You will see them on your minimap as red dots. Just destroy so many until your objective bar is full.
Mission 8: Teenage Zombies from Outer Space
Kill Agent with a Cop
Your next task will be guarding the projector from incoming enemies. There will spawn waves of Agents and Police and you have to kill the Agents by tossing the Police against the Agents. In order to do that, grab them while using your PK.
Kill Cop with an Agent
Same as before but the opposite way. You have to kill the Police by tossing the Agents against the Police. Same thing, grab them while using your PK.
Mission 9: South by Southwest
Destroy a car using a human
Your next objective: Kill Humans and Destroy Vehicles. Use your Zap-o-Matic and start weakening a car, stop before it is almost destroyed and grab a human using PK and throw it against car.
Kill Agents with Ion Detonator
You get the Ion Detonator at the start of the mission. Deal damage to Majestic properties of $20,000 worth. make sure to kill at least 5 Agents using the Ion Detonator while doing this. This objective stops once you go into your Saucer, so make sure to kill 5 Agents with the Ion Detonator before.
Destroy a building with a Majestic Agent
While you sit in your saucer, your next task is to kill Agents and destroy more majestic assets, those are marked as objectives. Grab one of the majestic agents while using your Abduct-O-Ray and throw them at the silver trailer to destroy.
Mission 10: Foreign Correspondent
Get all hints from the Crackpot
A human says “he can help you to find your target”. While doing this, scan his brain at least 5 times.
Reach Bert Wither undetected
Reach Bert Wither, he is in the TV station. Holobob to the nearby Cook (marked on the map) because he has acces to the entire area where you have to go. Make sure to watch the EMP mines and refresh your Holobob length by scanning thoughts. You are able to explode the EMP mines while you are in Holobob form, it will not detect you.
Kill several soldiers using explosives
Your next job is delivering Burt Wither back to your saucer. On your way back there are many agents and soldiers that will attack you if you are getting close. On your way back to your saucer there are many explosive items on your path, just use your Ion Detonator to kill at least 10 soldiers.
Mission 11: Suburbs of the Damned
Kill Soldiers using explosive barrels
You have to defend the broadcast station from attacking soldiers. There are explosive barrels around the area which you need to kill 5 soldiers through the first defense.
Kill Soldiers using rockets
On the second wave there will be tanks and more soldiers but this time they using rocket launchers. You need to grab some rockets and throw them against all enemies to kill them. The rockets are very slow so you have enough time to grab them before they hit you. Killing 2 of the soldiers to complete this objective.
Kill Soldiers using grenades
The second wave includes two large robots that start right in front of you and they are trying to attack the transmission towers. The soldiers throwing grenades this time. Be careful of the large orange circle on the ground which shows the “damage area” of the grenades. You need to grab them with your PK and throw them against 2 soldiers to kill them to complete this objective.
Mission 12: Whatever Happened to Crypto 136
Extract some human brains
First start with sucking the brains out of 13 people around the area. Then collect 6 pieces of Furon tech and scan the minds of people inside the base.
Kill a bunch of humans
Destroy the items in the lab and you get the task to return to your saucer. On your way back, just kill a bunch of people to complete this objective.
Mission 13: The Mutant Menace
Reach the lab without being detected
Here you have to sneak into the Majestic lab. You have to be careful as you have to do it without being spotted by any enemie. Just Holobob the worker in front of where you start, then start your way and avoid the EMP areas (see them on your minimap), that way you can keep the Holobob up the whole time. Now, once you have reached the main base area, go around counter clockwise to the entry and go through. The objective will blink red if you have failed. In that case just restart the mission and try again.
Trash the lab
Now you have to go to underground lab, for this, use the elevator. Once you arrived you have to kill the mutant human. Destroy all 5 terminals before going back to the elevator to get this completed.
Destroy buildings using Sonic Boom
The next objective will start once you get back in your saucer. It will tell you to destroy the buildings in the area. You just need to destroy 6 of them while using your Sonic Boom weapon.
Mission 13.5: The Wrong Stuff
Drop a crate onto a scientist
You will see walking a scientist back and forth underneath a large crate held up by a crane. Go to the crane and find the panel on the side of the crane and activate it at the time he walks underneath to kill him.
Lure a scientist into a minefield
Here is area with a bunch of mines on the ground and the scientist stays there to the west. You have to use your follow command to lead him over top of one of the mines on. (Be careful as his voice is saying the boxes but the mines are the cylinders with the red tips).
Cause a BBQ accident
The next scientist is to the East is using a barbeque. Here you have to interact with the gas tank and get this exploded to get him killed.
Mission 14: Duck and Cover
Kill soldiers using cows
Now you have to escort a nuclear device until you reached the point where the road is blocked by radioactive cows. Just grab the cows while using PK and throw them against 3 soldiers to kill them. You have to stay in front of the truck while moving cows, otherwise they will blow up instantly.
Kill soldiers using rocks
Further down the road there are blocking a number of large rocks the path. You have to grab those with your PK and get them out of your way. At the same time throw them against the soldiers which cross your way on the road – You have to kill at least 3 of them.
Kill soldiers using landmines
Right after the rocks, you will see some landmines and the truck will stop. Just stay in front of the truck, grad the landmines with your PK and drive through them carefully. On your way to the landmines kill at least 3 Soldiers.
Kill soldiers using rockets
After you reached the airfield, activate the nuclear bomb, now you have to defend it from couples waves of soldiers. You have to catch some rockets (The Soldiers will shoot the rockets) and throw them back against the soldiers.
Mission 15: It’s a Wonderful Armageddon
Destroy a gun turret
Once you have reached the marked location in the mission you have to protect a drone. There is a military gun, just destroy her to get this optional objective completed.
Destroy a SAM launcher
Once you had your first scan, there is another one around a nearby location. At the At the plaza area on the north-east corner will be a SAM turret that you have to destroy. If you destroyed already during the prior scan, just die or let the drone it destroy and the mission will start again.
Destroy military defense structures
Later when you are getting back in your saucer, you next task is to destroy Santa Modesta. Start and go around to destroy 10 of the turrets, then start and destroy the buildings and structures for the main objective.
Mission 16: Furon Down!
Take on a human disguise
At the start of this mission, you are locked in a cage. Use the scientist as a disguise and get yourself out of the cage. Then move behind the panel that the scientist will not be able to see you and Holobob the two agents at the door.
Drown Majestic agents
Once you are back in your Saucer, drop it from the crane, now you will need power cells from the area. Now you can drop your disguise as you don’t need it anymore, use the jetpack around and while grab the power cells. While doing this you have to you need to throw 6 Majestic agents into the water.
Mission 17: Mr. Crypto Goes to Capitol City
When you start get into Holobob disguise and do not break it. Use any human when you start, do not go in any restricted area (without a agent or military disguise) and avoid the EMP zones. Move forward to the Whitehouse area to tail the scientist. Once you grabbed the scientist for Holobob, command the gate guard to open the gate and do not trigger anything behind them. After you passed this, it goes pretty straight into the Octagon area, use the password “Blue Ride” when you reached the guard. You can turn off the Holobob once you reached the vantage point and fly to the rooftop but make sure to stay close to the destroyed building.
Return to your ship after you spied the General. On the way back kill 5 Soldiers with explosives while using the Ion Detonator as this is the easiest way to do it.
Mission 18: Armquist vs. the Furons
Right at the start of this mission, go to the rooftop and stay on the rooftop. Move forward on the rooftop and you get told to listening to 5 antennas which are placed around the area, go and destroy them. While you follow the car on your way on the rooftops the antennas will appear across you way. You will see the locations of the antennas as well on your minimap.
You have to collect 6 Ion Detonator ammo’s while you fight against the robot Armquist. In order to do this, just transmogrify the items which are scattered around the area. They will “drop” Ion Detonator ammo and Disintegrator Ray ammo but you need only the Ion Detonator ammo.
Mission 19: The Lone Gunman
Don’t alert the police
At the final area, you get attacked by enemies. Deal with them and throw 6 soldiers in the water before killing the attacking enemies.
Now you have to kill the president at the press conference. There is an explosive box behind him, just blow up the box and the objective is completed.
Mission 20: The Furon Filibuster
Here you have to kill the senators before they can voting. While you kill them collect their brains, for this use either the probe or the extract power.
Once you killed the first two groups, your new task will be stopping more senators from reaching the building. You have to kill at least 10 of them with explosives. Just shoot them with your Ion Detonator.
Mission 21: Shocking Developments
You have to take out 6 tesla coils which are spreading around the area. There are 4 tesla coils on the ground with two scientists which are hanging around them. Grab the scientists while using PK before destroying the coils, then move them to the coils to get the tesla coils activated and the scientist get killed. Kill 3 scientist before you destroy all 4 coils on ground.
once you destroyed the first 6 coils, you have to getting back in your saucer and destroy tesla coils. You have to kill 3 specific humans as well which are the Tesla Coil inventors. You can see it on your minimap as blue icons. Make sure to kill all 3 humans before destroying the 5 remaining coils.
Mission 22: Attack of the 50-Foot President!
When you get back in the air with your saucer, fly in front of Robo-Prez and aim your beam at the glowing spot on his chest.You have to shoot for a short time before this objective get completed.
Once you’re done with your fight against Robo-Prez, you have to fight against Silhouette. While doing this, she will jump sometimes into the air. When she is doing this just shoot on her with your Disintegrator Ray to knock her down to the ground.
That’s all missions and optional objectives in Destroy All Humans. Once you finished all 22 Missions and optional objectives, you should get The Mandatory Option trophy.
