In Devil May Cry 5, there are a total of 12 secret missions. These are optional, but are required for the Platinum Trophies and 100% Progress. The following achievement / trophy will be unlocked:

All Secret Missions Locations – DMC5
Some walls have large red patterns that indicate the entrance to a secret level. If you find such a wall there will always be a red glowing spot nearby. You have to face this point and look at the red pattern to trigger the secret mission. The red dot will appear ONLY if you run directly over it!
Every secret mission is like a challenge. You get a clear task, which you have to complete within a certain time.

Solution: Eliminate all of the demons.
Secret Mission #2 – 2:26
Location: Main Mission 03
Solution: Don’t let any Red Empusa escape!
Secret Mission #3 – 4:37
Location: Main Mission 04
Solution: Collect all of the Red Orbs.
Secret Mission #4 – 9:00
Location: Main Mission 05
Solution: Eliminate all of the demons without taking a hit.
Secret Mission #5 – 11:29
Location: Main Mission 08
Solution: Get to the goal without touching the ground.
Secret Mission #6 – 13:10
Location: Main Mission 09
Solution: Eliminate all of the demons in 20 seconds or less.

Location: Main Mission 10
Solution: Aim for their weak point and take them down with a single bullet.

Location: Main Mission 11
Solution: Maintain an S Stylish Rank.
Secret Mission #9 – 17:56
Location: Main Mission 12
Solution: Stay in the air for more than 15 seconds.
Secret Mission #10 – 19:14
Location: Main Mission 14
Solution: Get to the goal without touching the ground.
