All Vanity Gear Locations
None of the Vanity Gear is missable, doesn’t matter what kind of dialogue you choose, you’re still able to do everything after the story in free-roam or just track them on your map after you bought the Wind of Vanity skill.
You are able to unlock new item customizations such as Headbands and Sword Kits. This gives you the opportunity to customize your character. If you want to track your already found Vanity Gear, just look it upp in the Gear section of the pause menu. This progress is also trackable in the Collections menu.

Found in Region 1 (Ariake Lighthouse, on the top). Grappling hook required. Jump off the top of Ariake Lighthouse and press R2 to grapple up. - 45# Aozora Headband
