You can find a bunch of Charms in Ghost of Tsushima and each of them give you a different bonus, so you’re able to find your style to play. You get those from Side Tales or Main Tales and Collectibles. Anyway, if you are locking to get the platinum trophy, you have to get at least 6 of them to unlock the platinum trophy.

This guide provides you all Charms locations and describe the ability as well. You can unlock more Charm Slots by gradually completing the Inari shrines (Fox Dens).

The golden charms have unique effects, but you can only equip 2 of them. The silver charms come mostly from side tales and can be stacked to enhance the effect.
