Step 1: Play the Story and Side Tasks
Your first step is to complete the story. There are no trophies related to difficulties, so you can just keep playing, you can also play the game on Easy. You can complete the side tasks at will. Nothing can be missed, you can make up for everything you forgot after the story.
Step 2: Liberating all Areas and Outposts / Trading Posts
According to the story, all remaining Mongolian camps are automatically marked on the map (red symbols). You should now ALL free them. This makes the map fully visible (the mist is removed) and all collectibles and side stories are shown as question marks.
Thoroughly search enemy camps for materials and supplies as you free them. You need them to completely upgrade your sword for “The Perfect Storm” and the Sakai Clan armor for “All in the Wrist”. This consumes a lot of material, don’t underestimate it.
