Tecmo Koei and Team Ninja released a new DLC Darkness In The Capital few days ago. With this new DLC you can farm some hidden skills which you can unlock by doing certain things. The Flame Dragon is a Ninja Skill and this ability will summon a ring of fire around you and shoot out balls of flame.

Darkness In The Capital How to Get Flame Dragon Skill
Please keep in mind that you have to own the DLC – Darkness In The Capital. It is a requirment to unlock Flame Dagon Skill. So if you don’t have the current version you won’t be able to get it. You can farm this skill in the Sub Mission The Dragon Clan and you have to defeat a Boss which has a chance to dropp the mentioned skill. So if it’s not dropping the first time, do it over and over again until you get what you’re looking for. You can use the skill by equipping it within the menue.
