Tecmo Koei and Team Ninja released a new DLC Darkness In The Capital few days ago. With this new DLC you can farm some hidden skills which you can unlock by doing certain things. The Severing Spin Skill is a Sword skill and the ability of it will unsheath your sword and slash it to the side, attacking enemies in all directions, before sheathing your sowrd again.

Darkness In The Capital How to Get Severing Spin Sword Skill
Please keep in mind that you have to own the DLC – Darkness In The Capital. It is a requirment to unlock Severing Spin Skill. So if you don’t have the current version you won’t be able to get it. You can farm this skill in the Main Mission Suzune in the Flames and you have to defeat a Boss which has a certain chance to dropp the mentioned skill. So if it’s not dropping the first time, just do it over and over again until you get what you’re looking for. You can use the skill by equipping it within the menue.
