In “Sekiro Shadows The Twice” there are so-called prayer beads, prayer beads are items that can be combined into Prayer Necklaces. Once you’ve found four prayer beads, you can craft a Prayer Necklace that will give you a permanent boost to your life energy and attitude.
You get the most prayer beads from the bosses, but some can also be found in the open world. When you have collected all 40, the “Peak Physical Strength” Trophy / Achievement will be unlocked.
Two of the Prayer Beads are missable! The rest are not. The two missable ones are the two that you can find in “Purification” ending. There is no other way to access the two mini bosses in that ending without making a start on the ending for Purification.
The rest of the prayer beads can not be missed. The castle of Ashina changes a lot as you play, bosses come and go. If you miss a boss because you are too advanced, the prayer bead will be found in the sacrificial box in the Foul Temple, which you can buy with some sen.
