Deliver SHD technology containers to the National Mall
Go to the Target and enter the underground car park, where you must protect Agent Brooks from the True Sons. Once you have eliminated all enemies, Brooks will give you the SHD container.
After that, you will have to survive several waves of attack, raiding the theater settlement support. Fight your way up, but once you get to the top you just have to survive the supplies of True Sons scanning and more waves.
