Destroy every piece of a tank’s armor
Tanks have armor on each part of the body. So you have to shoot the armor around his arms, legs, upper body and head. This works best in solo play. After destroying a part of the armor, focus on the next piece of armor. Do not shoot any unprotected body parts, otherwise the tank will die before you can shoot down all the armor.
A good place is in the main mission “American History Museum“. You meet a tank that shoots grenades at you. Defeat all other enemies first, then dodge his grenades until he has to reload. Then go up close to him so you can precisely aim with a fully automatic weapon and shoot down a body part.
