Watch Dogs Legion – How to Recruit a Video Game Designer
To complete this task you have to recruit a Video Game Designer. There is no specific area to recruit those characters because they can spawn everywhere within the open world. Therefore you have to be patient and walk around while holding L1 to see their occupation.
Usually they are working on a building near the Viaduct station, maybe this helps a bit to find your Video Game Designer. Some people are saying they have more luck finding Designers when they play as a Video Game Developer but this hasn’t be confirmed.
