The Royal Treatment is a side quest in Watch Dogs Legion and it is the 6th quest in Nowt’s questline. You can find this quest within the DedSec Safehouse in Westminster.

The Side Quest Royal Treatment will start right away after completing Nobody Home. In order to complete the sixth and last side quest of Nowt’s quests line, you need to find and locate 3 Abandoned Mansions. Go to the 3 locations, interact with a ctOS box at the Mansion and shot a photo of the mansion. See below all 3 locations in this posted video.
