The Bloody Ties DLC for Dying Light 2 has been postponed from October 13 launch date. It is now anticipated to arrive on November 10, according to Techland.
Devs need more time to polish the game
Developers have chosen to delay the release of Bloody Ties until November 10 to give more time to polish and fix bugs. The devs say that any community inquiries should be posted on the game’s channel. They will be addressed on Friday at 6 PM CEST.
This year was initially scheduled for publication in June but was postponed until September. It has now been moved up again to November 10.
A brand-new journey
Techland has already announced that they will maintain Dying Light 2 for up to 5 years. This is with a second story DLC currently in the works, despite the regrettable delay.
Bloody Ties’ first teaser trailer debuted in August, and a week later, the complete release was announced at Gamescom 2022. It will be the first piece of official story DLC for Dying Light 2 and offer players a brand-new journey with a brand-new setting, weapons, equipment, and more. The Dying Light 2 Deluxe and Ultimate Editions both come with Bloody Ties; however, you may also buy them separately for $9.99 or GBP 7.99.
Final thoughts
Owners of the Deluxe and Ultimate Editions of Dying Light 2, or anybody who pre-orders the Bloody Ties DLC, will receive a special Aristocrat pack, which includes the Aristocrat Guard Outfit and the Aristocrat Weapon. Do you think it is going to be worth the wait? Comment below!
