Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 – Preload will start soon

Update: The PS4 version should be available for pre-order from October 10th! In addition, the PS4 trophies were released!

Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 Battle Royale mode “Blackout” will have an FPS lock on launch. The developer Treyarch has also announced the date of the preload for the pre-order.

When is the preload coming? The preload, according to Treyarch, will be available from 9th October, but not for everyone.

Only players who have pre-ordered their PC version of CoD: BO4 on Battle.net will be able to launch the Preload for the game on Tuesday. That’s what Treyarch told Reddit.

The questions asked by the players, when the preload for PS4 and Xbox One will begin, left the developer for the time being unanswered. Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 will be online on October 12th.

How much will the FPS be limited? For most gamers, the alarm bells go off with the keyword “FPS-Lock“, but in the case of CoD: BO4 the fans do not have to worry too much. The upper limit of the FPS will initially be “only” 120.

Over the first few days Treyarch wants to raise the limit to 144 FPS and then remove it completely.
