Days Gone received a new update today, Patch 1.07 is now ready for download.
You have to download and install around 136 MB. The download is quite fast, but it takes around 10 minutes to copy the data.

As with the last updates, there is no detailed information. The official changelog for the new update is not available yet, sorry Guys.
So far, it is only known that general fixes have been run.

I havent had any problems in this game, I just want them to do some fixes with the controls.. Like motorbike driving different and when you wanna take cover, there should be better way to do that.
Anyways game works perfectly and I love it!
To fix crashing issues you need to reinitialize the database on your PS4. Boot the P4 into safe mode to do so. I haven’t had any crashes since doing this.
I had one issue this morning. Dunno what the mission was called but you have to clear a gas station with Rikki and after that she has to climb some lightpost but she didn’t. She got on her bike and drove back to camp and she got stuck on the gate with her bike.
I havent experienced anything with crashes but the mission candle in the dark. Im pretty sure thats what it is called. Once she fixes the transformer and climbs down. We go to the bikes. I have no more interactions options. Cant mount the bike or lift the cruisers hood.
I hope they fixed the crash issues
On a Pro as well with the internal drive and also takes 5-10 minutes, same thing happened with patch 1.06.
Same here takes 10-15 minutes with normal ps4
Took about 2 seconds to copy/install so not a given its going to take a while.
With us with a PS4 Pro, copying takes a long time, between 5 and 10 minutes … Strange.
Maybe because we have external hard drives connected
