A new patch for Dota 2 has arrived today. You can find the full changelog for the August 23 update below.
The new DOTA 2 update 7.30b is now available for download. With the patch there are some adjustments, Valve changes some items, such as the Helm of the Overlord and Silver Edge. There are also changes to the abilities

- Broodmother: Attribute agility gain increased from 3 to 3.4 (+0.4)
Abilities
- Insatiable Hunger: Changed bonus damage from 35/40/45/50 to 35/45/55/65
- Howl: Changed armor reduction from 5/6/7/8 to 4/5/6/7
- Dark Pact: Ability mana cost increased from 60 to 75 (+15)
- +{s:bonus_hp} Health Beastmaster Controlled: Bonus hp reduced from 350 to 250 (-100)
- +{s:value} Summon Wolves Damage: Value reduced from 20 to 15 (-5)
- +{s:value} Dark Pact Damage: Value reduced from 80 to 70 (-10)
