Bethesda released a small hotfix update for Fallout 76 today. We have the full patch notes for this update on June 2nd.
Fallout 76 Update 1.39 can now be downloaded and installed. The update on the PS4 is 210 MB.

Official announcement: We’re going to bring Fallout 76 offline across all platforms starting at 10:00 a.m. ET tomorrow, June 2, to perform maintenance. During downtime, we’re planning to release a fix for the dupe issue that was affecting Vending Machines and Display Cases, and then we will re-enable those features once maintenance is complete.

I’m sorry guys, I only had to download 210 MB, it only took a few seconds. I don’t know why some have to download such a big patch, maybe you missed an update?
The Required download size on PS4 is actually 68GB, not 200MB. I get the impression Bethesda Botched it again.
