Far Cry 6: Game of the year DLC Leaks

According Aggiornamenti Lumia, a new “game of the year” upgrade and a “Lost Between Worlds” extension for Far Cry 6 may be forthcoming shortly.


Game of the year upgrade remains unmentioned


The presence of a new Far Cry 6 expansion or the potential arrival of a game of the year upgrade remains unmentioned by Ubisoft. Far Cry 6’s post-launch roadmap doesn’t mention any more expansion. It is because all of the featured crossover missions and DLC packs have already been made available. Not that Ubisoft won’t produce additional expansion packs for the game, but the creators have not yet confirmed the specifics.


It doesn’t appear that the Lost Between Worlds expansion pack, should Ubisoft release it. It will be bundled with the Far Cry 6 Season Pass. According to the graphic shared by Lumia, the ‘game of the year update will also contain the brand-new expansion. Lost Between Worlds, in addition to the original Season Pass. no one knows at this time whether or not the expansion will be sold separately.


 Crossover missions


Three pieces of DLC and Far Cry 3: Blood Dragon was available to Season Pass holders. In the former, antagonists from previous Far Cry games made a comeback. Vaas from Far Cry 3 made a comeback in the first DLC pack, Insanity, and Pagan Min and Joseph Seed did the same in Control and Collapse. Since the game’s debut in October 2021, many free crossover missions have been made available. It includes collaborations with Danny Trejo, Rambo, and Stranger Things.


 Ubisoft is getting ready to make an announcement 


Ubisoft has not yet officially announced the new expansion nor game of the year upgrade. The leak originates from a listing in the Xbox database, which may indicate that Ubisoft is getting ready to make an announcement shortly. Which game deserves to be the game of the year?
