FIFA 19 DirectX Errors on PC – Troubleshooting

You play FIFA 19 on the PC and get a DirectX error message? The problem occurs both at the game start and sometimes sporadically in the game, so the game crashes.

FIFA 19 DirectX 12 Error: How to fix this error?

If you have the problem that fills FIFA 19 with a DirectX error when you click “Play“, it can have many causes. Now you should eliminate the usual problems, make sure that your drivers are up to date and that all Windows updates were made.

If you have everything controlled and still have the DirectX error you can try to switch from DirectX 12 to 11, it works like this:

  • Start “FIFA 19” and go in the launcher on the game settings
  • Look below for the settings for DirectX. Check if this is “Auto” or “12.0”, if so, change to “11.0”.
  • Save the new settings and start the game.

    i had similar issue, my direct X was set to 11 on intel graphics HD 520. so i changed it to direct X 12 and boom it worked.

    Try reinstalling Microsoft C++ packages
    Right Click on the Software and click repair
    this will sure fix your problem

    I’m having this problem with FIFA 19:
    DirectX function “GetDeviceRemovedReason” failed with E_OUTOFMEMORY (Direct3D Could not allocate sufficient memory to complete the call)

    hi, also with directX 11.0 the game still crash to me. i also contact the origin support and they don’t find a solution. i already disinstalled the game and reinstalled and did the same thing with origin, still not working. don’t know what to do.
