The last few weeks have not had much news on the Android version of Fortnite, but now it seems to continue and new information is known.
One of the recent rumors was that the Fortnite Android version will not be distributed via Google Play, this rumor has now been confirmed. If you want to play Fortnite on your Android smartphone you have to do it via direct link (APK file), it will not be available on Google Play.
This probably has more reasons, on the one hand, Epic Games seeks direct contact with customers, on the other hand, one would certainly like to save the 30% tax to Google.

One of the latest rumors is that the Android version of Fortnite will be available exclusively for Samsung devices at this time. The time frame should amount to several months, if there is something to that rumor we will know soon.
