Fortnitemares 2022: Epic Games formally announces the return of the Fortnitemares event. There has been a release date for the event mentioned, but more information will likely leak.

On October 18, Fortnitemares will return, per an official tweet from the game. Undoubtedly, the event will contain some distinctive new skins, possibly even skins that have previously appeared in previous Fortnitemares events.
Unfortunately, there is no official word on what we can expect from this year’s horror festival in Fortnite. Still, the announcement teaser reveals a neon wolf, which could be related to an upcoming threat to the island.
A new enemy on the island
Recently, Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 4 officially kicked off, introducing a new enemy on the island that brings chrome-covered structures and weapons to the game. It’s yet to be seen how the story will shape up in the season of Paradise. Too, how the upcoming Fortnitemares event will be related to the new villain.
Ariana Grande skin
The new Cubic Chaos event, which brought a new Ariana Grande skin variant to the game and other outfits, including Frankenstein’s Monster, The Mummy, and Boxy & Boxer, was first featured last year’s Fortnitemares.
Free Goat Simulator skin
Additionally, just announced was a free Goat Simulator skin that can be obtained by pre-purchasing Goat Simulator 3 on the Epic Games Store. Although it isn’t a part of the Fortnitemares, the skin is spooky enough to be worn in the game for Halloween.
