Yesterday, the developers of Daybreak had released the update 1.22 to H1Z1, with the patch, among other things, the revival was introduced. Now another patch has been released, which should probably fix some bugs from patch 1.22.
The H1Z1 download file is quite small, so the size and time to download is relatively low.
