With the upcoming Winter update of Halo Infinite, developer 343 Industries will include a re-created version of The Pit, the well-known multiplayer map from Halo 3, to the franchise’s latest iteration.

The Pit is a memorable multiplayer map in the Halo series, particularly for competitive and Esports players. 343 Industries has remade this map in Halo Infinite using the Forge mode’s power. While the beta phase of Forge is set to begin, we have already seen incredible recreations in this sandbox mode,

While the recreation of The Pit is already a great demonstration of Forge’s power, 343 Industries has yet to reveal this mode’s features officially. However, previously leaked footage from the Forge mode revealed some features. It includes the ability to combine weapons and create new super weapons. A few months ago, we saw a recreation of the Raccoon City environment inside the Forge mode.
343 Industries appears to have put a lot of effort into Forge, and hopefully, it will be worth the long wait. That said, players will likely have to wait a little longer for a full version of the mode, as it is currently in beta.
Halo Infinite Season 3 coming soon
