The developers of Metro Exodus today released Hotfix Update 1.06, we have the full patch notes for this update on August 22nd.
You need to download and install Metro Exodus Client Patch 1.06, on the PS4 the hotfix is 58 MB. It seems like this little hotfix only fixes a problem with the in-game DLC menu.
