Modern Warfare 2: Broke COD Franchise

Modern Warfare 2: recent beta was the biggest in the franchise’s history, Call of Duty has confirmed. The beta reportedly had the most hours played and matches played, and the most significant number of players a Call of Duty beta has ever seen.

Call of Duty said the recently concluded beta was “one for the record books” as it was the biggest beta in Call of Duty history. “This was only a slice of all the new content coming in Modern Warfare II when it launches this fall,” Activision said in their latest blog post. The next time players can get their hands on Modern Warfare 2 is when it launches on October 28th.

 

A week before the game’s official release, players who pre-order Modern Warfare II before launch will have access to the entire campaign. Then, on November 16th, a few weeks later, Warzone 2.0 will debut.

 

Modern Warfare 2: Warzone Mobile to launch next year

 

But not only the Modern Warfare II Beta was breaking records, but Call of Duty also revealed that Warzone Mobile had become the Activision, Blizzard, and King mobile game to reach 15 million pre-registrations on Google Play in the quickest amount of time. Although a precise launch date for Warzone Mobile has not yet been determined, Activision has stated it will happen next year.

 

Tons of freebies to enjoy 

 

Activision Shanghai, Beenox, Digital Legends, and Solid State Studios are working on Warzone Mobile. The Dark Familiar Emblem, the Foe’s Flame Vinyl, the X12 Prince of Hell Blueprint, and the M4 – Archfiend Weapon Blueprints are all available to players who pre-register before the game launches. Additionally, players that took part in the Modern Warfare 2 Beta have a ton of Freebie to use.
