The bug fixes and optimizations to NBA 2K20 continue, 2K has released update 1.13. Below are the full patch notes for this update on May 20.
NBA 2K20 Hotfix Update 1.13 is now ready for download, for PS4, Xbox One and PC. Overall, you have to download 134MB, at least on the PS4. The size of the PC and Xbox downloads are not known to us at the moment.

The game won’t load MyLeague or MyGM, and crashes everytime I try to load the game modes, please god fix the god damn game

Servers wont connect after the update. Seems to be a VERY common thing with the MONKEYS working at 2k
I agree after every update it seems they always have a problem with the servers right after
