Visual Concepts today released a new update for NBA 2K21. We’ll have all the information about the first patch on October 7.
The NBA 2K21 Update 1.04 is now available for download for PS4, Xbox One. On the Playstation 4 the size of the download is 11 GB (PS4) and 5.7 GB on the Xbox One.

There doesn’t seem to be any detailed details about this 11 GB update yet. We will update this article asap! Perhaps the following adjustments are included in the patch:
- Park has been changed to fit with the October Halloween Theme.
- Face update for some of the player models.
