With the last update for No Man’s Sky there were a few problems, some content from patch 3.40 was not correctly integrated into the game. Now there is a new update that should fix these problems.
The No Man’s Sky Update 3.41 (3.041) is now available for download for all platforms. Unfortunately, we do not know the file size.

Looking at data files with missing content for end of expedition we expected a small patch adding that content around weekend, and here it is as community research is nearing completion
