The Playstation network has been experiencing massive problems for a few hours, the servers seem to be offline and there are no online connections anymore. This affects the whole world on June 13, 2019.
Increasingly, there were complaints in Fortnite or Black Ops 4 Blackout. The developers of the games first thought it was internal problems, but it turned out that PSN caused the problems.
At the moment the whole PSN is down, the error code WS-37403-7 is issued in many cases.
So do not be surprised if you can not make an online connection in multiplayer!
Sony is already working on this issue. The official PSN website confirms that the PlayStation Network is currently experiencing problems, including on the PS4, PS Vita and PS3 platforms. The exact cause of the Worldwide Failure is currently unknown.
