The PS5 hardware is backward compatible with the PS4, so you do not have to worry about losing access to the next generation PS4 library after a new report.

As already known, the PS5 Developer Kits are available. The backward compatibility rumors offered for the PS5 began when a patent was first unveiled revealing how Sony sought to emulate older consoles.

Digital Foundry recently released a new video in which they talked about rumors about the next generation of consoles and gave a detailed breakdown of the findings to date. According to her, both Microsoft and Sony have handed over their next-generation developer kits to developers.

The technical data seems to have already been leaked, whether the data is true or whether there is truth behind it, we will only know if Sony kills the PS5. This also happened with the Xbox One, which received higher CPU and GPU processing speeds, and also with the PS4, which eventually shipped with 8 GB of GDDR5 RAM.
