As we have just learned, the entire Playstation network seems to be offline! The reports from all over the world are piling up!
What’s wrong with the PSN? For a few hours it has not been possible to use the Playstation network, all services are offline. This is also shown to us on the official PSN status page: https://status.playstation.com/en-us/
There we see in all languages that all services are not available, it also affects all platforms. If you get the error code error code Np350008, it is not due to your internet connection or the PS4 / PS5!

PlayStation Network services are up and running, but there are external, internet-wide issues that might affect your experience. Once these external issues are resolved, you should have no problem connecting to PlayStation Network.
