The TGS 2022 is in full swing, with the most recent information on eagerly anticipated games being shared there. A demo for Star Ocean: The Divine Force will be made available. It will be on Xbox One, Xbox Series S|X, PS4, and PS5 on September 20. This is according to Square Enix.

The Demo edition will have two hours of gameplay

The Divine Force opens in its entirety on October 27, Square Enix and developer tri-Ace are getting ready to release a demo. According to the publisher, the demo edition will have two hours of gameplay, beginning when Raymond, one of the characters, sets out on a mission to fight against the darkness and concluding when he arrives in Delyrk Village. However, there is no information on whether the player progression will be carried over to the base game upon launch.

Fresh battle videos

Famitsu revealed ten minutes of gameplay for Star Ocean: The Divine Force earlier today in conjunction with the introduction of the demo version. This playtime included fresh battle videos and daily activities like dining, trade, and NPC interactions. The trailer also demonstrates how a clue section would appear on the right side of the screen when a player encounters an adversary, providing them with details about the creatures in front of them.

Players can also unleash many special attacks to deliver more damage. For instance, when enemies are turned back, players can use surprise attacks to begin their battle chain. In addition, players can accept tasks from NPCs, each of which contains a mini-story. Last but not least, to maintain a pulse on their communities, participants will return to their villages at night.

Pre-ordering for Star Ocean: The Divine Force is now possible on all intended platforms.
