Destiny 2: Sails of the Shipstealer Walkthrough

Destiny 2 Week 2

Destiny 2 Week 2 of Season 18 is where the story goes on. Destiny 2 players need to go out and steal these relics before Eramis does.

The first week showed that Eramis is back and that the Witness has sent her to get some mysterious artifacts that seem to be full of Darkness.

Mithrax seems to know more than he is letting on, but he won’t say what it is. This guide will show Sails of the Shipstealer players how to finish the quest for this week and find out what happens next in the story.

Use the Star Chart

Week 2’s first step is to interact with the Star Chart in the H.E.L.M. There, people who play Destiny 2 will get a message from Mithrax. He doesn’t say much, but he makes it clear that getting the relics before Eramis does is very important. When he is done talking, the next step of the quest will be given.

Complete an Expedition

Destiny 2 Complete an Expedition

The next step is to use Map Fragments and Treasure Coordinates with the Captain’s Atlas to make a map so that Destiny 2 players can find a buried treasure chest. Not like the first week, this week has more than one goal. Destiny 2 players will have to do more than just dig up a chest to get a reward. They will also have to kill 50 enemies in the Cosmodrome.

There will be three different Expedition missions, and one of them happens at the Cosmodrome. Players can’t choose which missions they want to do in Expedition, so they’ll just have to hope that the game finds them a good match.

Still, players can also get kills at the Cosmodrome destination outside of Expeditions to meet this need. Since kills in the Cosmodrome Expedition give bonus progress towards this quest step, players will want to try to finish this step while they are doing an Expedition.

No matter how they do it, once players finish both steps, the quest will move forward. Here is a guide to Expeditions that explains how they work.

Pirate Hideout: The Sharpshooter

Destiny 2 The Sharpshooter

Destiny 2 players will have to clear out a Pirate Hideout to find the next relic. They will fight Iriks the Sharpshooter this time. When Destiny 2 players go into the Hideout, they need to be careful because the boss will be shooting at them from a ledge high above. Iriks will have a shield that keeps him from getting hurt, so players shouldn’t bother shooting at him yet.

When players get to the last room, they will fight Iriks. Iriks doesn’t do much damage, but the Tracer Shanks that show up every so often during the fight do a lot of damage.

During the fight, a shield will appear around Iriks. The only way to get rid of it is to kill all of the Tracer Shanks that appear next to the boss. As with last week, there are no Champions this week, so players can just focus on killing adds and hurting the boss. After Iriks dies, players can take the relic and move on to the next part of the quest.

Ether Tank: Visit Spider

Visit Spider

After clearing out the Pirate Hideout, players of Destiny 2 will have to go to the Ether Tank in the Eliksni Quarter to hear Mithrax and Spider talking. Mithrax gets angry because Spider insists that they should take the power of the relics for themselves. Spider tells Destiny 2 players to leave after the tense conversation is over.

The next step is to talk to Drifter using the Holoprojector outside the Ether Tank. Even though he told them to leave, Destiny 2 players will have to go back to Spider after a short conversation with him. Once more, each player will be given three Engrams. No matter which one is chosen, a useless green item will be made.

Destiny 2 players who want to know what will happen next will have to go back to the H.E.L.M. to pick up the Week 3 quest.
