There are a total of 31 hidden records in Final Fantasy 7 Remake. If you find all records (Music Discs) you unlock the following trophies:
Music Disc locations in Final Fantasy VII Remake
None of the Music Discs can be missed. Once you have played through the story you can get all the missing collectibles from the chapter section. The chapter selection also shows how many you still have open in each chapter. You can also click Music Collection in the inventory to view all the songs you’ve collected.
If there is a Disc nearby you will hear it and in the upper left corner there is a record symbol. This makes it fairly easy for you to find them.
