Nilou requires ascension materials, Talent books, and Artifacts, just like new characters. With the first section of Sumeru unlocked, you can collect practically all of Nilou’s supplies for Genshin Impact.
Ascension Materials Level 1-90
The Ascension Materials for Nilou are largely from Sumeru, however they’re new and will be presented in 3.1. Hydro Hypostasis and Rhodea of Loch bosses drop Varunada Lazurite. Childe Boss fights once a week also give them. Padisarahs flowers, Fungle Spores, Luminescent Pollen, and Crystalline Cyst Dust are found throughout Sumeru. Perpetual Caliber drops from Aeonblight Drake after patch 3.1.

Her Elemental Skill and Burst damage are her strongest. She scales depends on her HP, so take that in mind when leveling her artifacts.
Best Weapon
The character benefits from Elemental Damage or HP-boosting weapons. Nilou gets a distinctive weapon, as do all 5-star characters. Khaj-5-star Nisut’s weapon is the Key. 5-star also includes the Primodial Jade Cutter. Her 4-star weapons are also a great addition with the Iron Sting and Sacrificial Sword.

HP grew 20/25/20/25/20%. You acquire Grand Hymn for 20s when an Elemental Skill hits an opponent. This effect raises Elemental Mastery by 0.12/0.15/0.18/0.21/0.24% of Max HP. Every 0.3 seconds, this effect triggers. 3 stacked. When this effect achieves 3 stacks or the third stack’s duration is refreshed, neighboring party members’ Elemental Mastery increases by 0.2% of the equipping character’s max HP for 20 seconds.
Primordial Jade Cutter
20% more HP Boosts ATK by 1.2% of the wielder’s Max HP.
4-Star Weapons
Iron Sting
Elemental DMG boosts DMG by 6%/7.5%/9%/10.5%/12% for 6 seconds. 2 stacked, occurs every 1 second intervals.
Sacrificial Sword
Elemental Skills have a 40% chance to end their CD after harming an opponent. Occurs every 30 second intervals.
Best Artifact Stat Priority
There are plentiful artifacts for Nilou. On the other hand, her main damage comes from Skill and Burst, Nobless Oblige or Heart of Depth are good possibilities. Tenacity of the Millelith and Noblous Oblige are 2-piece options.
