The Luminous Blade Skill is a Magic Skill and the ability of it allows you to ready Luminous Blade Talismans. When used, these magical items produce a blade of light that relentlessly slashes your enemy.

Darkness In The Capital How to Get Luminous Blade Skill
Please keep in mind that you have to own the DLC – Darkness In The Capital. It is a requirment to unlock Luminous Blade Skill. So if you don’t have the current version you won’t be able to get it. You can farm this skill in the Sub Mission A Storm in the Underworld and you have to defeat a Boss which has a certain chance to dropp the mentioned skill. So if it’s not dropping the first time, just do it over and over again until you get what you’re looking for. You can use the skill by equipping it within the menue.
