Watch Dogs Legion Perform 5 arrest takedowns
A requirement to unlock the trophy is a Policeman or an Albion Contractor which has the Handcuffs in their item wheel.
From where do I get a Policeman or an Albion Contractor? The best and easiest way is to finish the main mission Inside Albion as this story will force you to recruit an Albion Contractor. You can also recruit a Policeman within the open world as they are driving in police cars around or they can be found as well at hostile areas which are outlined in red on the map. Hold L1 to view Policeman / Albion Contractor and then R1 to save it to recruits. Upgrade within the Tech Menu the Deep Profiler in order to start the recruitment. For unlocking the recruitment missions go in the Team Men and press TRIANGLE to scan him which unlocks the mission.
Go to th item wheel and toggle the Handcuffs passive skill. Walk to people from behind and a SQUARE button will appear, press SQUARE to use the Handcuffs skill and have the person arrested. The trophy will be unlocked once you have arrested 5 persons.
