Over the past few months, there has always been the question of whether there is room for another title in addition to Battle Royal heavyweights such as “Fortnite” or “PUBG“.
The developers of Respawn Entertainment want to know it and take up the challenge, last night the Battle Royal shooter “Apex Legends” was released. Released in the form of a Free2Play title, “Apex Legends” is now available for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC.
A few minutes after the release of Apex Legends, the PS4 trophies and Xbox One achievements were also revealed. In total, there are 12 trophies and achievements to start the game
Over 1 million players in a very short time
As things stand, the basic interest of the players seems to be there. Responsible developers at Respawn Entertainment said that it took “Apex Legends” to a million players in less than eight hours. Respawn Entertainments CEO Vince Zampella:
“I’m so overwhelmed now. Apex Legends has won a million unique players in less than 8 hours. Thank you for coming and being part of it with Respawn. You’re unbelievable.”
