Bungie has announced a new Destiny 2 update for today, so Update 2.5.0.1 is released today. You will also need to download Client Patch 1.36 once the update has been made available.
With today’s Destiny 2 Update, content will be added to Season 7, among other things.
Destiny 2 maintenance on 4.06. – Server downtime
Maintenance of the new update will be done, which means that the servers will be offline. We have provided the exact times for you.

- Destiny 2 maintenance is scheduled to begin.

- Update 2.5.0.1 will begin rolling out across all platforms and regions.
- All players will be removed from activities.
- Players will be able to log in at 10 AM PDT.
- Console players who encounter issues updating to Update 2.5.0.1 should reset their console to try to begin downloading the update.
- The Destiny Companion app features will be unavailable for use until Destiny 2 services are available again.
