I load up 2k21 and it says I cant advance in MyCareer or anything else until I “download game updates” but then the percent stays at 0%. What do I do next? I restarted 2k21 and my xbox multiple times.

How do i download the update? And where?
Normally the update should start automatically when you open the game. On the PS4 you can go to the game icon, then press the option button. Here you can search for an update.
Why did my update stop?? It went back to 28 gb and I have to start all over
I downloaded the ridiculous 28gb update which took over 24 hours. It did nothing for the nba2k21 on PS4 except I now get to hear the commentary. I still have not received the hotfix. so in my opinion the game SUCKS!!!
