Only three days after Wasteland 3 was released, the first update is already available. We have all the details about the game update on August 31st.
The Wasteland 3 Update 1.06 is now available for download, for PS4 and Xbox One (The Xbox version will appear a little later). On the Playstation 4 you have to download and install a total of 12 GB.
Updates 1.01 to 1.05 appeared before Wasteland 3 was released. The Day One Update was created from these updates. So today’s patch is the first real update after the release.

- Improvements to memory usage that can result in a more stable play experience.
- Resolved an issue where certain players could not progress past the intro movie.
- Fixed an issue where the brightness cannot be re-calibrated after the initial start sequence.
- Addressed crashes on the consoles including single-player and Co-op.
- Added game stability improvements.
- Gameplay optimizations added.
- Added various gameplay adjustments.
- Other minor fixes.

Me and my friend play this together. The game is broken man and I bought it digital. Please fix the crashing it ruins the game so much. 50 hours of game play turns into 300+ hour of game play if it crashes every 30 minutes.

crashes on me every 40ish mins. Mainly menu for buying items, and level ups.
I finished the bizarre on multiplayer and my entire quest line got reset to first meeting the patriarch. Just happened about 30 minutes to and hour ago. Was this added in the patch?
My buddy and I played the game for a solid 2-3 days straight so far. Loved the game even through some of the crashes but the bug that we encountered now is ABSOLUTELY GAME BREAKING! Our data is all gone as if we’ve never played before and we just started but we still have all our characters with same level and gear but it’s like the game thinks we’re on new game plus or something so my buddy and I are extremely upset that we have to restart 2-3 days of work just to redo it again
I just completed the game and have 0 crushes, zero man, fix your brain and PC and don’t blame others
I haven’t crashed at all, I play on PS4. Only issue I have is that I sometimes get stuck in shop menus and can’t leave. 🤷♂️
Dang. I have a brand new PS4 and have probably crashed 10 times playing about 15 hours.
Only crashed on me once and I’ve put in many hours of gameplay already. Could just be your console. Sometimes restarting the console helps. That’s worked for many games in the past, including Wasteland 2.

Mines always crashing… I don’t normally have patience for this shit… This is the best game I’ve played in years despite that. Loving it. The patch seemed to make it crash less frequently. Epic game. Praise the game makers!
