The servers for The Division 2 are Offline, Massive Entertainment released Patch 1.03.
The new update 1.03 is ready for download as soon as the servers are available again, this will be in one or two hours, the patch will be around 580 MB in size.

The Division 2 – Patch Notes 1.03
The official patch notes 1.03 have not yet been released, we update this post as soon as possible! So far the following is known:
- A bug with the Castle settlement is being fixed
- A loot exploit will be fixed.
